DYXnet Bags the Honour of Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year (Inbound)
The prestigious China IP Communications Award 2009 was announced on September 25, 2009 in Shanghai. DYXnet was named Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year (Inbound) by a nationwide panel of industry experts and end users. This is another of the several accolades DYXnet has won since last year for its benchmark performance in the contact centre industry.
In this annual award organized by NexCom Online (MicroVoIP), the largest online media and industry consortium in China's IP communications industry, DYXnet was one of the coveted winners chosen initially by public online voting from March to early September 2009 and later by a vote of 140 industry experts. This recognition for DYXnet is another milestone in the continued growth and success of DYXnet in Greater China, and a reflection of our outstanding performance in the field of domestic outsourced contact centre technologies and services.
