In 2008 Q4, one of Diyixian’s business partners Super Effort Technology Ltd. (Super Effort), an IT solutions consulting company, engaged with Diyixian to provide a total ICT solution to one of its customers, aiming to improve the QoE (Quality of Experience) for their website user through better system functionality and shorter response time.
Super Effort mainly provides consultation services on LAN and WAN environments, and complementary services including hardware purchase, software support, web design & management, ERP solutions setup and IDC management services.

The enduser customer is a
Hong Kong
based online stock trading company. They offer an one-stop online trading system for trading HK & foreign stocks, futures, stocks options and appication for IPO stocks in a fully automated manner.
Situation
In stock market, every second counts. Good QoE means instant and automated stock & market information update even with growing customer base and increase in product complexity. However it is proven to be a challenge for the system to include more and more functions without adversely affecting the response time, especially if the customer is assessing the website from Mainland
China
which usually results in inconsistent and long latency due to network issues. This has become a priority item to the IT team since customers from Mainland

have been proven to be premium customers with higher growth rate.
