The Cloud Computing World forum is a worldwide forum which takes place all over the world such as America, Asia, East Africa, Europe and Latin America. This time the 2nd Cloud Computing World Forum - Asia, was taking place on November 30 and December 1 at The Mira Hong Kong. Being one of the Gold Sponsors, DYXnet demonstrated the Group’s latest Cloud service which successfully drew the attention from all participants.

  Customer Service Centre Strategic Positioning and Planning Training – December 1, 2011 (Mainland China)

On December 1, 2011. CHC-excel, a renowned call centre professional training institutions, hosted a training course – “Customer Service Centre Strategic Positioning and Planning”, in Jiang Su Hotel in Shanghai. The course speaker, Mr. Li Xiang Wen, possesses years of experience in marketing consultancy and is a bilingual trainer.

DYXnet was a prize sponsor of the event. 45 participants coming from banking and insurance industries joined and benefitted from the course.

  Outsourced Call Centre Fair – November 23, 2011 (Mainland China)

DYXnet teamed with Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce (Guangdong) to co-host a fair themed “Profit Maximization with Telemarketing” in November 23, 2011. which took place in Guangdong.

The fair attracted over dozens of guests to visit DYXnet’s Guangzhou Contact Centre at Chuangju Building to further understand DYXnet’s contact centre on-site operations. At the same time, Mr. Rocky Pan, Business Development Director, Contact Centre, DYXnet, shared with the guests the success cases on how the contact centre helped our customers to maximize profits.

  CRE & CSQS Roundtable – November 21, 2011 (Mainland China)

DYXnet had its first cooperation with Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium to organize CRE & CSQS Roundtable in Shenzhen on November 21, 2011. Ms. Liao Dai LI, Vice Chairlady and Chief Secretary, Shenzhen Contact Center Association, joined and provided full supports for the event.

  Development of Cross-Strait Outsourcing Cooperation Seminar – November 13, 2011 (Taiwan)

To promote cross-strait outsourcing industry and mutually beneficial development, as well as to assist the outsourcing industry in Taiwan to participate in China’s “12th Five-Year Plan”, China Council for International Investment Promotion (CCIIP) organized “Development of Cross-Strait Outsourcing Cooperation Seminar”, which was co-organized by Institute for Information Industry and other units. The event took place at NTU Second Student Activity Centre on October 13, 2011. In addition to the congress delegation led by CCIIP, professionals of all industries in Taiwan were invited to join and discuss the cross-strait development of service outsourcing trend and future cooperation.

Ms. Chris Chen, General Manager of Taiwan Operation, DYXnet, shared the success stories of the outsourcing service by DYXnet and how we helped the cross-strait manufacturing industry. She also provided her insights on the industrial trend, arousing the interest of the attendees and receiving high recommendation.
