The Top Gun 2018 incentive program plays
out in the winter wonderland of Hokkaido!

Skiing shot to the top of the agenda when generous snowfall welcomed DYXnet Group’s “Top Gunners” to Hokkaido in early January.
And spirits rose when the 33-strong contingent of sales stars and outstanding support team performers recalled the words of Chinese artist Fang Chuxiong, who once said: “A fall of seasonable snow gives promise of a fruitful year”.

DYXnet Group’s Top Gun tradition rewards self-starting employees who lead from the front and act as role models to their colleagues. The event also offers a golden opportunity to build relationships in the best interests of productivity.
Hokkaido is well known for being a big hit among skiiers and boasts a choice of 37 trails to accommodate those from beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of competence.
This year’s “Top Gun Sales Awards” trippers were lucky enough to ski at Rusutsu, Hokkaido’s largest winter playground.

The Top Gunners was also walking across a frozen canal at Otaru. They also visited the Kitaichi Glassware Studio and Otaru Music Box Museum.

The museum bristled with wondrous exhibits.

Next was a boat trip across Touyako, Japan’s northernmost non-frozen lake, which shimmers in surroundings of mountains and snow.
This part of the trip also included the beautiful Shōwa-shin-zan, where the DYXnet stars were able to behold Mother Nature’s craftsmanship and enjoy close contact with brown bears at the Noboribetsu Bear Park.

Natural springs fascinated the Top Gunners.

The day ended with a visit to Yōtei-zan, a haven of peace punctuated by natural springs, which boast the fame of being among Japan’s 100 foremost “water forests”.

A highlight of the Top Gun event was a snowmobile adventure on the fifth day. Our trippers enjoyed an exhilarating ride in pairs over fields of powdery snow.

Traditional Japanese costume was the order of the day when the Top Gunners assembled for a gala dinner, plus a presentation ceremony to award certificates, medals and trophies to top achievers. Another gala dinner highlight was a traditional Japanese Yasakoi dance performance.

The Hokkaido trip celebrated outstanding performance from DYXnet’s growing army of high flyers. And the message at the end of every Top Gun event is the same – now we’ll strive to take client satisfaction to even greater heights!
